Arrived Holds
You will receive an email as soon as we check the item in.  You will have 5 business days to pick up your item.

Cancelled Holds
If you do not pick up your hold after 5 days, we will cancel your hold.  You will receive an email notification immediately.

Friendly Reminders
We send out a reminder email two days before an item is due.
